Our vision is to create a safe, positive and productive environment that will inspire adolescents to communicate and express their feelings and emotions in a constructive manner.
COURSES OFFERED
FTRF offers a 7-week S.E.L.F. (Seven Essential Life Fundamentals) course FREE of charge to adolescent girls 12-17 years of age. Each week our mentor(s) will discuss how to build self-love, self- esteem, self-worth, self- control, self-respect, self-recognition and self-determination while in a group setting.
Our course will also include activities geared towards developing and increasing personal growth.
Courses will be held at the Conference & Recreation Center in the city of Moreno Valley, Tuesday– Friday. Once registration has been submitted, A FTRF team member will contact you to confirm date/time of the course based upon course availability.
We also offer one on one mentoring, to adolescent’s who are not attending our
course and or who would like guidance and direction on any subject matter.
